Wholesale Reading Glasses Supplier For eBay Sales
If you're interested in wholesale reading glasses for your eBay store or auctions, you might be interested in Design Line.
At a recent Christmas party, I noticed a woman wearing a unique pair of reading glasses. They were extremely thick on the sides and were fashioned in black and white stripes, reminiscent of a zebra. I wanted them instantly! There are many companies that offer sunglasses, but Design Line, a division of Blue Gem Sunglasses, offers reading glasses. This is a cool site - in fact, if I wore reading glasses, I would promptly buy a pair of their multicolored Memory Flex glasses (pictured below). They also sell "sun readers", which are reading glasses with dark lenses.

Great Items For Specialty Baby Gift Baskets
A friend sells specialty baby gift baskets so I am always on the lookout for unique baby items and this store, Natural Life, definitely has some possibilities.

Looking at the merchandise from this charming store can't fail to raise anyone spirits, especially on cold winter days like today. Natural Life loves bright colors and whimsical designs. Their lines include goodies like ceramics, Mexican pottery, water globes, latte mugs, hand painted wood products, pillows and more.
Very unique, though, and suitable for specialty baby gift baskets, are the bohemian baby items. For example, they have miniature leather moccasins, sizes for 6-18 months, which offer non-slip suede soles and are packed in gift boxes with a suggested retail price of $30. I haven't seen anything like them anywhere.
Upside: their minimum order is only $30.
Downside: their online catalog is really lousy, so order the printed one.

Home Flooring Options on eBay
Do it yourself home improvement has become a huge industry, and new replacement flooring makes up a fairly sizable percentage of sales. There is a wide array of options from which to choose to beautify one's home. You can select Armstrong Vinyl Flooring, Mannington Flooring, Wilsonart Flooring and tons more, including a maze of discount wood flooring selections as well.
The home flooring renovation business in eBay seems to be booming as well. Currently there are thousands of auctions and BIN's selling every imaginable type from wood flooring to laminate flooring, ceramic tile, marble, granite, and plenty more.
With our current volatile economy and tenuous job market, increasingly people are opting to save money by doing their own work around the house. I anticipate the home renovation industry to remain firmly in place, if not continue to grow in popularity throughout the next Presidential cycle. If so, there could be a lucrative opportunity to meet such a demand through an eBay business. Definitely worth consideration.

Relaxing Big Time: Travel Cruise Vacations
Wow, what a superb vacation idea. Whoever thought up vacation cruises has got to be a millionaire many times over. I had the opportunity to enjoy one a few years back - it was great. Whether taking a cruise on
Holland America Cruise Lines, Crystal Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruises, or any of the many others (mine was on a Carnaval Cruise), the water is great, the food is never-ending, the workers are friendly, the entertainment is top-notch, and the view is spectacular. Even the heavy storm on mine was fun!
Taking a peek in eBay to see what kind of deals are out there (I frequently start and end my shopping searches on eBay), I was surprised by how few were listed - roughly 100 when I looked. Most are listed as classified eBay ads, a much lower percentage as BIN, and just a handful as auctions. When I plan to head out to sea again, it's the cruise auctions that I will monitor for the best deals. If none of them pans out as a bargain, I'll likely go for one of the others. The deals are too good to pass up.
As I type, it's winter in the Northern hemisphere. I'm ready to go again!

Wholesale Elegant Costume Jewelry
If you're interested in wholesale elegant costume jewelry that isn't like everything else out there, this might be a good site for you. Generally, I recommend again getting into the jewelry biz on eBay - especially if you're a novice - but there's no denying that this site has some interesting goodies.

Costa Rica Vacations On eBay???
"Looking for a good deal on a Costa Rica Vacation? eBay has many listings of villas and beachfront homes that you can rent for a week or even longer. Rates are a real bargain compared to US vacation destinations. An inexpensive Costa Rica Vacation can cost you far less than vacation destinations in the US. According to eBay sellers,
"This Central American jewel has more national parks and wildlife preserves than any country in South and Central America. The beaches are unbeatable and if you are a fisherman the saltwater fishing is world class. Dont miss your chance to enjoy this beautiful vacation destination."
It's amazing that a simple concept like an online auction has come so far that buyers can actually travel the world, thanks to eBay.

eBay's Travel Lodging Opportunities
People love vacations. Oh yes - they do! Many live for their vacation, even if they only have a couple of weeks annually in which to take a break. Whatever sacrifices are necessary to make a trip out of town for some relaxation or excitement fits the agenda simply because it's a break. And the options around the world are plentiful. For the outdoor opportunities, Yosemite lodging in the national park is a blast. Those who have children might like (or at least endure...) Disney World while staying at one of their Disney vacation rental homes. And for others who have an exquisite stay in mind, a Santa Fe luxury hotel will be their treasured adventure.
eBay sellers offer a ton of travel lodging options as well. Very cool stuff. Ski vacations, Costa Rica, Disney World (of course), Hawaii. Anyone who owns a vacation rental condo or house will get great exposure through eBay. You can post your listing week-after-week for an entire year and spend, what, a few bucks a week to advertise on the world's largest web traffic machine. If you've got an appealing, well-cared-for location to rent or simply want one for your own break from day-to-day action, start with eBay before venturing elsewhere.

Golf Equipment and Training Aids
Thoughout most of the 20th century, baseball was viewed as America's pastime. If eBay sales are any indication of a change in the wind, it would appear that golf has taken over that cherished sporting position.
The Internet is awash with people's interest in this relaxing - yet frustrating - game. For many bargain hunters, it is the search for golf swing training aids while others go after that once-in-a-lifetime golf course in Spain. Some business execs may even spend a small fortune handing out corporate golf balls simply to market their company name.
Why do they bother? Because of the immense popularity of golf. So eBay sellers can have a field day providing golfers not only just about anything they may need on a golf course, but also golf "trinkets" that golf enthusiasts love to display. Golf is certainly a hot market, especially as baby boomers begin to retire in record numbers.

New "Live" Auction Genius Course January 19
You might wonder if most folks actually do FAIL on eBay? It's a fair question because failure is definitely an individual definition. Yet at the 2006 eBay Live convention, CEO Meg Whitman announced that:
1. eBay had just registered its 200 millionth account, and
2. 1.2 million eBay sellers were making a full or part-time living from eBay
1.2 million is a lot of people, to be sure - but it's only a bit over 1/2 of 1%, or .005. To be fair, let's acknowledge that not everyone who has an eBay account wants to be a seller.
Still, the reality is that most people NEVER do as well on eBay. We can come up with all the usual 'suspects' ... too much competition (the most popular), not enough money, too little time, stupid eBay buyers, 'it's too hard', etc.
But here's REAL reason: they're trying to make all their profits from one sale per customer! No, no, no! I frequently tell my students, "I make money because of eBay, rather than on eBay."
Think about it this way ... the hardest sale to make is the first one. The customer doesn't know you, doesn't trust you and has no history with you. But once you've had a good transaction, then it's much easier to get that second, third and fourth sale.
Here's a real-life example ... in my last class, I had a student who lives in China, although he is a citizen of the UK. He can obtain tea that sells online for up to $40 - for only a couple of dollars. Cool, huh? But smart seller that he is, he doesn't want to settle for just a simple sale of some tea, so we spent a couple of hours figuring out his options.
What do you think of when you think of things-that-go-with-tea? Tea pots and tea cups, right? When I started doing the research I was truly astonished at the multiplicity of ways to make money with tea - mostly hands off {which is especially great in his case since he lives in China but sells mostly in the US, Canada & the UK.
So what you can learn is:
1. HOW to make more money on eBay than a mere pittance from a sale
2. What products you can sell & how to find them
3. And often, you don't even need to handle merchandise to do this
If you're interested in learning this yourself, you can do so in our next LIVE Auction Genius Course which begins on January 19. It is eight weeks, 16 hours and you get personal attention so it suite YOUR problems and YOUR business.

Purchasing Discounted Contact Lens
People no longer wear contact lenses just to correct their vision problems. Now they have become mainstream pop culture. Custom contact lenses now come in every color in the rainbow. You can give yourself the yellow eyes of a cat or sport your favorite football team right on your contacts. The new contacts are not cheap but you can save money by searching the web for discounted contact lenses. Careful researching on eBay and other on line Internet sites will provide access to good discounts on brand name and custom contact lenses.
EBay has hundreds of listing related to contact lenses. The opportunities for eBay sellers interested in contact lens accessories appears to be good.

Travel Vacation Locations and eBay
Clearly, people love to travel. The world is filled with opportunities to experience both natural phenomena and man made attractions.
Some love the simplicity of golf vacation packages, while others seek the enjoyment of Disneyland vacation packages or even a Bahamas fishing vacation. Regardless of the destination, world travel options are hot ticket items.
eBay has no shortage of travel vacation choices for sale as well. It has lodgings, vacation packages, timeshares, and other selections. For buyers, there are great deals available for exciting trips. Anyone considering a vacation out of town should at least scan through the lists of possibilities available in eBay before trying elsewhere. Sellers, by the way, can have a field day in this market as well.

College Selections and eBay Gifts
High school graduates who have college academic plans have so many choices these days, they can be paralyzed by indecision. From the University of Phoenix online, to veterinarian colleges to top fashion design colleges to more traditional options such as Chicago colleges, high school graduates can select from a much longer list of higher education options than ever.
So what do you buy a graduate as a gift of congratulations and for the start of a college career? Well, if they're teenagers, their needs are many. Regardless of their proximity to a college (on campus, off campus, online) or their choice of majors, college students have needs for a whole range of items. School supplies, clothing, jewelry (e.g. a watch to help get to classes on time), a computer, and even an automobile - the list is close to endless. And great deals on any of them can be found on eBay. So if you've got a high school graduate at home or as a family friend, start your search for an appropriate graduation gift on eBay. You'll almost surely find a super deal on whatever that student would enjoy.
