Artificial Orchids Strong eBay Market
Since it's sort-of spring, I've been thinking about flowers recently and wondering about the 'live plant' business. Mailing plants isn't something I'd be comfortable doing, so I checked out the artificial plants and found that silk orchids are a healthy business.
The main reasons, of course, are:
1. They're much easier to ship, although the packing still gives me the shivers
2. They need no care while waiting for sale
3. They don't spoil
I doubt that you could have an entire business with artificial orchids, but they certainly can be a nice addendum to other gardening lines.
